Founded in 2014, Groove Journey is a duo : Caroline Zaini and Sam Camelia. The only two of us do « home- made electro pop », everything is home-made : lyrics, compositions, recordings, videos.
Groove Journey is the musical universe of Caroline mixed with that of Sam, oscillating between folk, electronic music and Latin music and in search of new sounds.
They started everything in 2014 with covers of latin songs (Joao Gilberto, Sergio Mendès, Djavan, …), then their repertoire started to flirt with Pop et Electronic music (Daft Punk, Radiohead, Massive Attack, The Rapture, Asgeir, ..). With these covers they gigs with several setups (Vocals, Drums+Guitar / Vocals, Bass Guitar+Guitar+loops / Vocals+Guitar+loops …). In 2017 they released their first EP « Nothing to lose ».
